The Aspect of Fantasy in the Movie Aladdin

Literary works are the imagination of humans. Literary works cannot be separated from human life because literary works are forms of human life itself. Many literary works are made from imagination. One type of literary work is fiction literature. fiction  literature work is made from a person's imagination, can come from real stories or not real even things that are unexpected or beyond the minds of humans. Types of fiction literary works are novels, short stories, poems, etc. literary works are now in great demand by many people. Especially for children's literary works because it is usually made with a very beautiful imagination and the imagination is very easy to read by children, the types of children's literary works include fairy tale, fable, etc. Children's literary works contain elements of fantasy because children have a lot of imagination. In literature, fantasy is defined as an imaginative fiction dependent for effect on strangeness of setting (such as other worlds or times) and of characters (such as supernatural or unnatural beings). The aspects of fantasy divided into three parts, those are the kinds of fantasy, the characteristics of fantasy, and the functions of fantasy. There are several characteristics of fantasy Place is imaginary or of another world or universe, Involving situations not possible in our realistic world, Use of magic or possibly powers.

Furthermore, one of the children's literary works that have a fantasy aspect is the Aladdin movie, this Aladdin film tells about Aladdin is a poor street urchin who spends his time stealing food from the marketplace in the city of Agra bah. His adventures begin when he meets a young girl who happens to be Princess Jasmine, who is forced to be married by her wacky yet estranged father. Aladdin's luck suddenly changes when he retrieves a magical lamp from the Cave of Wonders. What he unwittingly gets is a fun-loving genie who only wishes to have his freedom. Little do they know is that the Sultan's sinister advisor Jafar has his own plans for both Aladdin and the lamp. So in this paper I will analysis the aspect of fantasy on the movie Aladdin.
