some advantages and disadvantages computers for modern education

We life in modern society, nowadays, almost all activities cannot be separated from technology, including computer education, which is very useful in modern education, there some advantages and disadvantages computers for modern education.

First of all, computers make it easier for students to learn and look for information. Subject that can be taught using computer such as computer graphics, linguistic, etc. as far as I know, use computer very use full for studied, me as student English literature can easily access and utilize listening and reading resources. I use computer for practice speaking skill, look for journals and works of literature and it helped me to study by myself. Using  computer can minimize the use of paper, for example, some tasks are collected via e-mail and it make easier for lecturers to give assignments even though they cannot meet face to face, and also can have class online .

However, there are also subjects who cannot only use computers. We also have to interaction and see face to face.  Subjects that involve logic and reasoning can’t be taught very well with the help of computers. For example chemistry, biology, etc. Teachers have to explain detail to student. In fact, the presence of a teacher is essential for students. Teachers are required in the learning process because they acknowledge some students’ deficiencies and help them to solve their problems by repeating the same explanation, giving extra exercise.

In conclusion, computers really help students and teachers in the learning process even though there are some subjects that cannot use computers.
